What a gem!

I can't say enough good things about the Betsy. This is a wonderful hotel, beautifully appointed, an amazing staff, and fantastic food / beverage. We were staying at a VRBO in south beach that turned out to be terrible. We found the hotel, spoke to the concierge, he gave us a tour, and we were so impressed we walked away from the VRBO (prepaid) and enjoyed two wonderful nights at the Betsy. Highly recommend this spot, we will definitely be returning.

Great Staff Decided to Visit Again

I flew in after a 15 hour flight early in the morning arriving at the hotel at 8 am. I had booked a room a day earlier to avoid waiting in the morning. Hendrik director of front office organized us an upgraded room at no extra charge in matter of minutes saying the charge for the room will start as of arrival day. It was a great start for our long deserved vacation, I felt seriously welcomed. The restaurant LT is a classic we know from NYC. The location is the middle of South Beach. Walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms are comfy and clean.

Exceptional Concierge

My wife and I spent 3 early evenings enjoying the bar with fine musicians. Staff was excellent and attentive, especially the concierge Art. Very helpful and informative. A fine intimate place. We will stay here the next time we're in Miami Beach.
