In celebration of Letras Latinas’s 20th anniversary, The Betsy, SWWIM, and Letras Latinas present a night of poetry and conversation featuring poets Jordan Pérez and Alexandra Lytton Regalado.

Following their reading, the poets will pose questions to one other, as well as field questions from moderator Laura Villareal, who will identify resonances and unifying themes across their work. There will also be a Q & A with the audience.

ABOUT JORDAN PEREZ: Jordan Pérez is a Cuban-American poet whose first book, Santa Tarantula, won the 10th annual Andrés Montoya Poetry Prize. Her work has appeared in POETRY, Cutthroat, Poetry International, Mississippi Review, and elsewhere. She works professionally in childhood sexual abuse prevention.
