The Skyline Penthouse accommodates two and stays in the memory as very few places do: 710 square feet of living/entertainment space, 1,000 square-foot wrap-around terrace, marble bathroom with double-sink vanity, kitchen pantry, walk-in closet, baby grand piano, and the Viennese chandelier that spent 70 years in the Zimbabwe home of the matriarch of the family that owns the hotel. Hotel Policy
The hotel charges a $45 Resort Fee (plus tax) per room per night. The Resort Fee includes two beach chairs, an umbrella and towels, high-speed WiFi, local calls, unlimited access to The New York Times online, a welcome beverage, rooftop sunrise yoga, 24-hour fitness center with Peloton bikes, docent art tours, live jazz performances, and year-round arts and culture programming.
Valet Parking is available 24 hours a day. The nightly fee is $49.
All reservations require a one-night deposit plus tax. Reservations that fall within current promotions and/or special event dates may require a full-stay deposit. Reservations must be canceled by 4PM hotel time 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a one-night fee plus tax. Reservations that fall within current promotions and/or special event dates may have different cancellation policies.
Guests must be 21 years of age and must present a valid credit card and ID to check in.
The Betsy is a non-smoking property. The hotel will assess a $250 deep clean fee if the non-smoking policy is violated.
Dogs under 40 lbs allowed; larger dogs need special clearance during the reservation process. A deep-clean fee of $150 applies to all reservations, 50% of which goes to Miami-Dade Animal Rescue and the SPCA in Zimbabwe, the childhood home of one of The Betsy’s owners.
The hotel waives the fee if you book directly.
